QCA4020 Tri-Mode WiFi, Bluetooth, and 802.15.4

USB dongle with Qualcomm QCA4020 Intelligent connectivity System-On-Chip (SoC).  QCA4020 SoC is a low power host-less Internet of Things (IoT) platform offering tri-mode radios of Bluetooth 5 and Qualcomm® Mesh connectivity, low power dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n and IEEE 802.15.4-based technologies, including ZigBee 3.0 and Thread via OpenThread.

Dedicated Arm Cortex-M4F CPU for customer applications and low power Arm Cortex-M0 CPU for BLE/802.15.4 protocol and Xtensa-based Wi-Fi CPU to offload Wi-Fi stack.

QCA4020 includes hardware-based security features and functions including Qualcomm® Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), Secure Boot, Secure Storage, Application-Level Security, True Random Number Generator, Hardware-based Crypto Engine, Key Provisioning Security, Software Image Encryption.

It supports Qualcomm® Network IoT Connectivity Platform provides a full network stack with pre-integrated software for HomeKit and OCF specifications as well as support for AWS IoT SDK and for Microsoft Azure IoT Device SDK to connect devices with the Azure IoT Hub.
